Initial style concept boards will be developed to use as a visual tool to clarify style and confirm the expectations between the designer and client.
Review your drawings of existing and new space.
Review of local building code & local regulations as they pertain to your project.
Contract signing which includes the scope of work, retainer and time schedule.
If you decide not to move forward with the project, payment of the invoice for initial consultation rendered is expected.
We create a personal design for each client as follow:
The design team begins to sketch and visualize the design concept and develop the inspiration.
Adaptability and comfort of your personal design space, functionality, flexibility and most importantly of our design will be the basis of project budget.
Preparing concept drawings, layout design and furniture plans to appropriate scale.
All designs will be illustrated to help you visualize the interior design, we will source specialty finishes, furnishings, art, lighting and accessories.
Create material specifications including details and sample board where various interior design elements are displayed with photos, sketches and samples.
You will visualize your project with photo-realistic renderings.
Select appropriate furniture that meets your budget, timeline, and functional requirements as we work closely with distributors.
One or two meetings to review and make changes to the proposed options.
We then welcome any feedback from our clients in regards to our initial concepts, and amend any ideas accordingly.
We work with you to ensure you approve and understand our selections and are happy with our final concept and would like to proceed with sourcing products and materials.

After finalizing all of your design and material selections which can include furnishings, materials and products we collaborating with contractors, trades, suppliers and manufacturers, Our goal is to make sure that the Design Plan is delivered as promised and project costs are illustrated and understood.
We work to ensure final quality of space is matched to design.
Refine a complete set of working drawings for accuracy, style and code requirements.
Construction kick-off meeting and issue clarifications and addenda during tender.
Site visits to review any deficiencies and complete inspect of works.
Review progress invoices submitted by the general contractor and provide certificates for payment.
This is where our experience in scheduling and logistics becomes crucial to making sure your project is delivered on time and on budget.
And finally we inspect all items like custom-made pieces, furnishings, cabinetry and window covering… to make sure it’s ready to move in.
